Draw everything in CSP and then make your final edits in photoshop because it’s way better for that sort of thing. (At least that’s what I do)

-While using a brush, pressing C will invert it into an eraser. I heard this is good for line consistency.
-Selecting an area and using the 2nd last icon (the polkadot one) you can make polkadot patterns. If you wanna use a polkadot "brush", I use this: https://assets.clip-studio.com/en-us/detail?id=2010200

-Oh and something very, very important that most artists don't realize. Each time you export a file, the color de-saturates a little, to turn it off go to File>Preferences>Color Conversion and set rendering intent to "Saturation". There's other settings to mess around with, but that's most likely it.
